Aviva Rosen is a talented cook and prolific entertainer, who adores ‘long table’ dining with friends and family gathered together sharing good conversation, food and wine.
With a passion for Mediterranean cookery, and using fresh produce, she aims to create refreshing, healthy, seasonal food.
She has cooked professionally at Cranks Restaurant at Heals as well as catering for Guitar Orchestra Music Work Shops, and privately at home.
Aviva has recently honed her skills further by completing the Professional Chef’s Cookery Diploma at the renowned Ashburton Cookery School in Devon, and a Richard Bertinet Bread Making Course in Bath;
Thus giving Aviva's food flair with an extra creative edge. Evviva Aviva !
